What is real?

Ask yourself, what is reality? Is it what we’re living in, or is it what we divine the wild force called life.

Think about it, there are so many facts that slip our notice, so many signs, signals, everything- are we really finding the truth in what we see?

Hard facts, truths, all sorts of things that are sought after. A witchhunt led by a madman by the name of honesty and righteousness strives to find answers. To expose, to reveal. Yet, is this what we’re looking for?

I believe that our culture looks for the truth they want to hear. Not the actual fact. We live in a world that is filled with so many questions and answers- and its funny how we forgot the questions asked in the first place to find the answers.

We just keep searching, we’re perpetually lost. There’s a myraid of things to find, and everyone is unique in what they want to seek. We start to mess things up when we tell everyone the lies that what you’re for is “____”

We’ve somehow misplaced the ability to question? to learn? How is it that we’re so fixed on the idea that all we have to do is follow, without asking why?

If the ones before us did this, we would have been lost in the first place. Because those before us thought to themselves, “I believe there’s a solution, answer, way, anything to what I face,”

Leonardo Da Vinci, kept a journal- filled with questions and thoughts in which he wanted to answer.  What happened to us in a society to where instead of forming a question and answer, all we do is. “fix, fix, repeat”

Our sense of  imagination? creativity? anything that makes life filled with rich and vast wonder- to be wasted! As a society, this shouldn’t happen.

I can point my finger and inform that we’re doing this all wrong, I can tell you what might be letting this striving motive die out. But that’s not why i’m telling you this. The reason is to declare that I will fight and strive to keep my wonder alive. To question, to find answer, to keep this creative fire burning.  I know I probably join countless others in the fight. The question is:

Are you in it with us?

“It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things.”
